4 Tiny Disclaimers
1. Really I wouldn't have called it rods and scones if rods and cones weren't already taken. I'll have to put the occasional food photo up here to justify it. or eyeball photo. that'll show them.
2. You will probably not see a lot of "pretty" images from me. In the immortal words of Margaret Russell on Top Design, "pretty isn't memorable." I have learned that life is not pretty, nor is it tidy. At least mine isn't. Besides all that, I openly think I am incapable of taking pretty pictures anyway.
3. Up until the end of 2008 I was shooting exclusively with a Kodak Easyshare Z712 IS point and shoot camera, which has gotten me further than expected. It's actually a great little camera. But now I have a Nikon D90 too, so if you don't like what you see every now and then you can blame it on the camera.
4. I have taught myself how to do this and so perhaps that will explain what you see. Or perhaps not.
